Night. Willow lies in bed in her messy Shire bedroom, scrolling.
Willow: So I've decided. New me. I'm gonna get into yoga.
On her phone: Phoebe, a serene wellness influencer, in a tree pose on a Bali cliff.
Phoebe: Yoga isn't about what you have… it's about who you become.
Willow takes a long drag on a gold vape and exhales a huge cloud.
Willow: Wow. That's so true.
Phoebe: …and my mat's linked in my bio.
Willow: Well, I need a mat.
Willow: Does a mat need a strap? …Probably.
A delivery driver throws the box over the fence.
Sunrise on the Cronulla beachfront. Willow films a selfie, the mat still in its plastic.
Willow: Day one, guys. Sunrise yoga. So spiritual.
She looks at the sand. Then at the café behind her.
Willow: Yoga starts with intention. And I intend to.
